In the News! Support Local Nonprofits by celebrating Giving Tuesday

Lucia Viti, author for the St. Augustine Record wrote on December 2, 2024 about a variety of non-profit organizations deserving of donations made on Giving Tuesday… and Florida Water Warriors was one of them!

As we head into the holiday season, Giving Tuesday—a global day of generosity and support for local organizations—presents the perfect opportunity to give back to the causes that make a difference in our communities.

Florida Water Warriors is affiliated with Florida Water Tours and was started by Jessica Jadick to give children of all ages and financial situations the opportunity to explore marine sciences.

Children and young adults K-12 will practice wildlife logging, water testing, plankton identification and hands-on experiments.

Jessica Jadick, Kristie Corrigan and Kevin Jadick are dedicated to providing education to any child that is passionate, interested or curious about marine life. They believe all children deserve the opportunity to explore marine science and decide for themselves if they want to pursue a field in it.
