Every time we get out on the water, we try to make our charters a special experience for everyone, whether it’s a sunset cruise or an educational tour or coasting for dolphins — we’re honored to share our love of St. Augustine, the Intracoastal waterways and the wildlife and nature that call this beautiful place home. One of our favorite experiences that we offer are private cruises, where you and your guests come together on one of our USCG-inspected vessels for an occasion all your own. Whether it be a birthday party, shower, team building event or romantic dinner, we love an opportunity to curate the most unique, luxurious, personalized and memorable private charter. 

For your private cruise, the entire vessel is reserved for only you and your guests, offering a relaxing experience tailored exactly to your preferences. And with no minimum passenger count, you can book the whole boat just for two! Play your favorite music, or let us be the DJ. You can even decorate the vessel! As for nourishment, bring your own food or let us cater. Floating Food Company, our sister business, specializes in delightful dishes made with the finest ingredients — perfect for any sail. For smaller, more casual gatherings, choose from a selection of boxes, with a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, olives, salty snacks and desserts. Elegant boards are available in a variety of sizes as well. Selections include a brunch board, premium sandwiches, decadent dessert boards, fruit boards and charcuterie. For the ultimate gathering, Floating Food Co offers Grazing Tables, which are beautifully arranged feasts that feature an artful selection of gourmet cheeses, handcrafted charcuterie, vibrant fruits, freshly baked breads and indulgent sweet treats. No matter what you order, Floating Food Co thoughtfully chooses a balance of flavors and textures, ensuring there’s something for every taste, preference and dietary concern. Whether your guests casually graze throughout your cruise or gather around the table, Floating Food Co offers a versatile and interactive way to enjoy food.

Now onto our vessels! We have two to choose from:

OSPREY – The Osprey is our 45-foot pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 37 passengers, plus two crew members and a bartender — with comfortable seats all around. It’s the perfect vessel for large gatherings. The boat is fully-enclosed and shaded, except for the bow, with windows that can roll up or down. This vessel has a restroom on board, as well as a bar, which includes mimosas, sangrias, and an excellent variety of beer, wine and canned cocktails. Bar packages are available, including open bars or wine tastings (no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted). Water and soft drinks are also available. 

ISLAND BREEZE – The Island Breeze is our 35-foot pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 22 passengers, plus two crew members. The boat is fully-enclosed and shaded, with a restroom on board and windows that roll up and down. This vessel is BYOB, so please bring your own favorite beverages aboard. We sell beer, wine and canned cocktails in our marina shop that you can purchase too. 

Private cruises on Osprey and Island Breeze are a minimum of 1.5 hours, but we recommend a 2-hour charter. To book, fill out our contact form or send an email to info@flwatertours.com. Find our rates online, which include the 1.5 hour cruise. Full day charters are also available, with a 4 hour max. Each vessel has different capabilities, depending on if you want to dock at a pier or restaurant, or beach and island hop! A swimming package is available too, which includes beaching at a sandbar for swimming and sunbathing. Coolers come stocked with soft drinks and water, and we have inflatables and pool noodles. Good music and good vibes, all you have to bring is shoes and sunscreen (and beverages if you’d like!) 

Free parking is offered in our marina, located at Windward at Camachee Cove Marina, 107 Yacht Club Dr., St. Augustine, FL 32084. Please check in 15 minutes prior to your sail time at our gift shop, The Salty Boutique. Our vessels are just a short walk from the shop, located at Dock A-23 and A-24.
