Sanitation is our top priority to keep you and our crew safe as we all find our way on the water to enjoy the fresh air, wildlife and beautiful sights of St. Augustine!
Here are the steps we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our customers and staff during Covid-19.
Enjoy the outdoors with confidence!
1. All tours will be at a limited capacity. Please socially distance yourself from others!
2. Masks are optional in our outside setting.
3. Increased cleaning protocols. All surfaces will be completely wiped down with disinfectant before and after each tour.
4. All Kayaks and Gear are disinfected before and after each use.
5. Staff and guests who feel sick are asked to stay home and will be provided a full refund.
6. Everyone will be asked to wash their hands prior to touring. Please use the restroom in the shop for hand washing, or use the hand sanitizer provided on board the vessel.
Florida Water Tours LLC is following CDC guidelines to make our outdoor venue as safe as possible. However, with your ticket purchase, you acknowledge an inherent risk of exposure to COVID 19 which exist in any public place where people are gathered. As such, ticket purchasers waive all claims against Florida Water Tours LLC in the event of an infection.
This is a challenging time for all of us, but our first priority is to the safety of our guests, staff and community.
