Introducing our Graze Boxes, the perfect way to fuel up on the water.
We’ve learned a lot during the last decade, taking countless passengers on the water. One of those things is that being outdoors and on a boat really stokes the appetite! That’s why we’ve created a whole quiver of Graze Boxes to help whet your hunger. We craft our Graze Boxes in-house through our very own catering outfit, Floating Food Company. Our boxes are always prepared fresh and feature a rotating selection of the best cheeses, meats, seasonal fruits, locally made pastries, desserts and more.
Please note that our boxes are made fresh-to-order; therefore, they must be reserved in advance so we have time to create them. We locally source our Graze Box ingredients, so some selections may vary, but we promise, it’s because we want to give you the absolute freshest and best snacks we can find. Cheese selections may include brie, cheddar, Colby Jack and Jarlsberg while meat selections may include salami, prosciutto, pepperoni and more. Our pastries, cookies and cakes come from our favorite local bakeries. And even though you’re out of the water, we take great care to make sure your crackers are always super crisp.
Mini Graze Box
Our Mini Graze Box is perfect for shorter trips or for a little snack to tide you over before a delicious lunch or dinner. This little box serves one passenger and is packed full of goodies, including:
- two types of cheeses
- one type of cured meat
- crisp crackers
- a selection of fresh seasonal and dried fruit
- gourmet mixed nuts
- sweet and salty chocolate-covered pretzels
- a miniature jar of gourmet jam
Charcuterie Box
A larger version of our Mini Graze Box, the Charcuterie Box is the original Florida Water Tours treat. It serves two to four passengers and is perfect for sharing with family and friends. It includes:
• three types of cheeses
- two types of cured meats
- crisp crackers
- a selection of fresh seasonal and dried fruit
- gourmet mixed nuts
- an olive medley
- sweet and salty chocolate-covered pretzels
- a miniature jar of gourmet jam
Kids Snack Box
As parents, Florida Water Tours owners Jess and Captain Mike know how important it is to have nutritious and delicious snacks available for the kiddos. That’s why we created our Kids Snack Box with the little ones in mind. The Kids Snack Box includes:
- a selection of fresh seasonal fruit
- fresh carrot sticks
- a kid-friendly cheese
- crisp crackers, savory and animal
- mixed nuts
- sweet and salty chocolate-covered pretzels
Date Night Dessert
If you have a sweet tooth, this box is for you. Whether you’re just in the mood for a treat during the day or want to cap off the evening with some delicious dessert bites, the Date Night Dessert box is just what you’re looking for. This sweet box serves two passengers and includes:
• a selection of the freshest pastries we can find

- hazelnut chocolate spread for dipping
- freshly baked cookies
- miniature cannoli

Star ‘Grazer’ Box
We made this for the snacker who just can’t decide between salty and sweet! It’s just the right mix of the best hits from our Charcuterie and Dessert Graze Boxes. This sharing box serves two to four passengers and includes:

- a selection of fresh seasonal and dried fruit
- gourmet mixed nuts
- a selection of the freshest pastries we can find

Our Graze Boxes can be added to any reservation, during booking or later after you’ve already booked. To book a Graze Box, either use the add-on option when you book your tour or visit the Booking Calendar and select Graze Boxes at the top of the calendar.
